One of the nicest extras is the secluded private pool area. On warm summer days, you can retreat to the pool hidden on the eastern side of the canyon where you are protected from the ocean breezes. This is the perfect quiet pool area where you can relax in the sun or move to the shade while your friends splash away.

Although not an official part of the property, the front lawn and deck are very functional. You can watch the Sea World fireworks every night in the distance or overlook the River Walk golf course 1 mile away.

We could never decide if the nighttime view of the hot spots in Mission and Fashion Valley was better than the daytime views out to the ocean. Both are breathtaking. It is impossible to find a better view at this price point. It must be seen to be appreciated.
